Curry Pate




This recipe is from "Top Nosh" - and was submitted by Elaine Natkins.

INGREDIENTS

1 (8-ounce) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 (8-1/2 ounce) jar chutney
1/3 to 1/2 cup finely chopped scallions, including tops

Beat first 4 ingredients together. Refrigerate.

When ready to serve, place chutney and scallions over cheese mixture. Good with rye crackers.
