INGREDIENTS
1/4 pound butter
1/2 cup flour
6 large eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
2 cups cottage cheese
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
In a large saucepan melt butter. Add flour. Cook, stirring, until smooth. Do not allow to brown. Add remaining ingredients to beaten eggs and blend in butter-flour mixture. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 45 minutes. Allow to rest 10 minutes before serving.
