Prepare Ahead
INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons sweet butter, room temperature
8-ounces Camembert or Brie, room temperature
1 cup unbleached flour,(do not substitute) room temperature
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Sesame seed or poppy seed
Paprika
Use food processor. Process all ingredients except sesame seed and paprika until mixture forms a ball. Remove dough and form into 2 rolls, 1 to 1-1/2 inches in diameter. Roll in seeds to cover and sprinkle with paprika. Wrap and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, slice into 1/4-inch slices. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
NOTE: Rolls may be frozen and should be thawed before slicing. Baked crisps can be reheated in 400 degree oven for several minutes.
