Chocolate Matzoh Dessert

INGREDIENTS

1/2 pound margarine
1 (16-ounce) package chocolate chips
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon rum extract
5 regular matzohs
Wine
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

In top of double boiler melt margarine and chocolate chips. Cool. Slowly stir in eggs. Add rum extract and mix well.

Place matzohs on serving dish and sprinkle with a little wine. Spread chocolate on top. Repeat, layering matzohs in same direction for easier slicing. Sprinkle nuts over top of frosted matzohs and refrigerate until ready to serve.
