Prepare Ahead

INGREDIENTS

FILLING

3 eggs, well beaten
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 cups sour cream

GRAHAM-NUT CRUST

1-3/4 cups fine graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine

Combine all ingredients. Set aside 3 tablespoons for topping. Press mixture on bottom and sides of pan.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use a 9-inch springform pan.

Combine first 6 ingredients. Beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Pour into Graham-Nut Crust. Sprinkle on reserved topping. Bake 35 minutes or until just set. Cool and chill well until ready to serve.
