INGREDIENTS

1/3 ounce cooked beef, thinly sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 apple, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons broth
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons chives, chopped

Put the meat, onion slices and the apple slices in a large bowl. Thin the vinegar with a little broth; add oil and pour over all.

Let sit for a while and then add the chives.
