Beef Cutlets with Prosciutto and Gruyere

INGREDIENTS

1 recipe Breaded Beef Cutlets
4 slices prosciutto
4 thin slices Gruyere cheese
Chives and red pepper for garnish, chopped

Place beef cutlets on a baking sheet. Put them under the broiler for 4 minutes on each side.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Top each cutlet with 1 slice of prosciutto, you may have to fold it up to fit) and 1 slice Gruyere. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 15 minutes on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
