Baked Shrimp and Cheese

Use own discretion as to amounts of the following:

INGREDIENTS

Large raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
Butter
Oil
Egg
Heavy cream
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Tabasco, optional
Large tomato, sliced
Chopped parsley
Ground black pepper
Dried basil
Salt to taste
Dried oregano

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cook shrimp in butter and oil until pink on both sides. Transfer to small baking dish and discard some of butter-oil mixture.

With fork, blend eggs and cream with butter-oil. Mix in cheese. Add Tabasco sauce to taste and pour mixture over the shrimp. Add a little salt to the shrimp. Arrange tomato slices on top. Top with oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper. Bake until cheese mixture bubbles (about 10 minutes). Sprinkle with parsley.
