Antipasto Italian Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 pint salad olives
1 jar ripe Greek olives
3 ounces Romano cheese, grated
3 slices Swiss cheese
12 slices imported salami
4 ounces chopped sweet pickles
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil

Finely chop cheese, salami and celery and combine with other ingredients. Toss well and refrigerate.

Tastes better after 12 hours of marinating.
