Harvest Pumpkin Pie

INGREDIENTS 1-1/2 cups canned or cooked pumpkin or squash
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons molasses
3 eggs, slightly beaten
12-ounce can of evaporated milk
1 unbaked pie shellCombine pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and molasses. Add eggs and milk and mix thoroughly.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in a hot, 425 degree oven, for 40 to 45 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
