Au Gratin Potatoes

INGREDIENTS Lots of potatoes, washed, peeled, and cubed
32 ounces of blocked American cheese
1 to 2 cans of evaporated milk
Salt and pepper, to tasteMelt cheese slowly with half can of milk, using judgement adding milk to desired consistency. Add seasonings of choice to taste.
Spread potato cubes in large baking dish, pour cheese sauce throughout, and bake slowly at 325 degrees until potatoes are tender. (Times varies with the type of potato used and the amount of potatoes. This is an excellent side dish.
