INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground beef
1 (10-3/4-ounce) package TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Taco Dinner Kit
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Sour cream
Sliced, pitted ripe olives

Mix meat and seasoning mix. Shape into 36 (1-inch) balls; place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Fill each of 12 tacos shells with 1 meatball, taco sauce, lettuce and tomato. Top with additional meatballs dipped in sour cream. Garnish with sliced pitted ripe olives to create the "eyes."

NOTE - The meatballs may be made ahead and frozen in zipper-style plastic freezer bags. To reheat, open slightly, and microwave on HIGH for about 2 minutes.
