Skewered Grilled Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Place potatoes and water in a 2-quart casserole; cover. Microwave on high for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring; drain.

Mix remaining ingredients. Stir in potatoes; cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Drain, reserving mixture.

Arrange potatoes on skewers. Place on preheated grill. Grill, covered, for 4 minutes; brush with reserved salad dressing mixture. Continue grilling 4 minutes.

LYNNE'S NOTE - My family likes things a little spicy, so I add a few sprinkles of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to this. We have also sprinkled some Old Bay Seasoning at times.
