Grilled Ribeye with Blue Cheese

INGREDIENTS 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 medium sweet onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
2 (12-ounce) Ribeye steaks
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbledCombine first 6 ingredients in a zip-lock style bag. Add the steaks and marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 2 hours. Grill steak on one side for 5 to 7 minutes. Turn and top carefully with crumbled blue cheese. Cover and grill another 5 to 7 minutes or until desired doneness. Times will vary depending on the heat of your grill.
