Cheese Filled Pastry (Tyropita)

INGREDIENTS 3 tablespoons butter
Pinch of fresh dill or mint, finely chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1 pound Feta cheese
1 pound phyllo pastry
1/4 pound Kefalograviera cheese, ground
Margarine
1 cup milk
Pepper, to tasteMash the feta cheese with a fork and add the Kefalograviera, milk, butter, dill (or mint), eggs and pepper.
Butter a pan with the margarinie and place half the sheets of phyllo on the bottom, also buttered so it doesn't stick.
Pour the cheese mixture over the phyllo and cover with the remaining phyllo sheets, also buttered.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
