Butter Cream Icing

INGREDIENTS 2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons soft butter
3 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon vanilla or 1 tablespoon rum flavoringMake a smooth icing by combining 2 cups of powdered sugar with 3 tablespoons of soft butter and 3 tablespoons cream. Work until of a spreading consistency. Beat in 1 tablespoon vanilla or rum flavoring.
