Brown Butter Frosting

INGREDIENTS

6 tablespoons butter
1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons cream

Heat butter until golden brown, add sugar, and vanilla. Add enough cream to make frosting soft enough to spread.

Will cover top and sides of one 9 x 9-inch cake
