Beer Soup

INGREDIENTS

2 cans (12 ounces each) beer
3 egg yolks
4 teaspoons sugar
Croutons or grated cheese

Bring beer to boiling. Meanwhile, beat egg yolks with sugar until thick.

Stirring constantly, gradually add a small amount of beer to egg yolks. Then carefully stir egg yolk mixture into boiling beer, reduce heat, and stir 1 minute; DO NOT BOIL.

At once remove from heat. Serve with hot croutons.
