Baked Boiled Beef (Sztuka Miesa z Pieca)

INGREDIENTS

3 to 4 pounds rump, round, or eye of round
2 cups Horseradish Sauce with Egg Yolks
Soup stock, 4 cups per pound of meat
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 to 3 pounds boiled potatoes

Prepare Boiled Beef according to directions.

Slice medium-thin and arrange in shallow baking dish, together with the boiled potatoes. Cover with Horseradish Sauce and bake in medium-hot oven (350 degrees) for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
