Three-Stock Soup

INGREDIENTS

3 bouillon cubes, one vegetable, one beef, and one chicken
6 cups water
4 to 7 potatoes, peeled and cut large cubes
Corn, peas, carrots, etc., or your favorite vegetables

Bring the water to a boil and add the bouillon cubes. When they have dissolved, add the potatoes and vegetables, let cook until the potatoes are done. (Depending on the size you have cut your potatoes, up to 45 minutes).

Serve with either fried bread or focaccia (an easy to find flatbread).
