INGREDIENTS

4 cups flour
2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups warm water
Oil or shortening for frying

Mix ingredients in a large bowl, add 1-1/2 cups warm water. Mix until soft; set aside for 1 hour. Shape into small balls and roll out into circles. Fry in skillet with 1 or 2 inches of hot oil; turn bread when edges are brown. May be served with honey.

NOTE - They are the size of a dinner plate.
