Curried Moose Burgers

INGREDIENTS 1 pound ground moose
4 tablespoons bacon drippings
1 small can tomato sauce, 6 ounces
2 large onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1-1/2 teaspoons curry powderShape the meat into patties. Fry in the cooking oil, over medium heat, until well browned on both sides. Stir in the remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the meat is well done, turning the meat once. Serve the remaining sauce with the meat.
