Crock Pot Venison

INGREDIENTS

Venison round steak
Flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
Oil, for browning
Canned tomatoes, mushroom soup, or beef broth, choose one of these

Dredge the round steak in flour on both sides. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Brown on both sides in a small amount of hot oil. Remove directly to the crock pot.

Cover with your choice of tomatoes, soup, or broth, but I recommend using only 1. Cook on LOW for 3 to 5 hours, depending on the quantity of round steak you are using.
