Strawberries with Sour Cream and Brown Sugar

INGREDIENTS 3 cups strawberries
1/2 pint sour cream
3 ounces Grand Marnier
6 tablespoons brown sugar
6 sprigs fresh mintWash strawberries, remove stems and leave whole.
Coat strawberries in sour cream and divide evenly among 6 chilled wine glasses.
Float 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) Grand Marnier over strawberries. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and garnish with fresh mint.
NOTE - This is a delicious way to serve strawberries.
