INGREDIENTS 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 ounces brandy
2 ounces Grand Marnier
1 cup whipped cream, sweetened with confectioners' sugar to taste
12 fresh strawberriesPlace a scoop of ice cream in each of 4 dessert glasses. Pour 1/2 ounce each of brandy and Grand Marnier over ice cream. Top with whipped cream and strawberries.
NOTE - This dessert goes exceptionally well with highly seasoned food.
