Sugar Snap Peas

INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1-1/2 pounds sugar snap peas, strings removed
Kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper

Heat the butter in a skillet or wok. Add the peas and cook, stirring, until barely done.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

NOTE - I like to use kosher salt because it contains fewer chemicals and has a better flavor than iodized salt.
