INGREDIENTS

PER SERVING

1 cup shaved ice
1 teaspoon finely ground Italian coffee
2 scoops coffee or vanilla ice cream
1-1/2 tablespoons Sambuca
Nutmeg

Put ice in bottom of blender, sprinkle two-thirds of the coffee over the ice. Put the ice cream on top, then the remaining coffee and the Sambuca. Blend until thick. Serve in a fancy glass and sprinkle with nutmeg.

NOTE - Make each serving individually.
