Potatoes Al' Roubaie

INGREDIENTS

2 large potatoes, cut into halves lengthwise
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 teaspoon tumeric
Salt to taste

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve 1/2 potato per person. Spoon vegetables over.

NOTE - This is a very simple recipe, but you will be surprised at how good the potatoes are. They go with practically everything.
