Fresh Red Apple Relish

INGREDIENTS

5 medium firm red apples
2 medium dill pickles
1 medium onion
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar

Wash and core apples. Place apples, pickles and onion through the medium blade of a food grinder. Stir in sugar and vinegar and mix well. Refrigerate.

NOTE - This keeps well for almost 2 weeks so it is ready for that extra touch to enhance any meal.
