Bacon Pie

INGREDIENTS

12 ounces bacon; sliced, cooked, crumbled
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 cup onion, chopped
2 cups milk
4 eggs
1 cup Bisquick
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10-inch pie plate.

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender on high speed.

Pour into pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

VARIATION - Substitute 2 cups fully cooked smoked ham for the bacon, cut up.
