INGREDIENTS Canned pears, drained
Canned pineapple, drained
Canned apricots, drained
Canned peaches, drained
Bananas
Flour
Cinnamon
Butter
Fresh mint sprigs, for garnishUse one kind or any combination of the fruit listed above.
Flour each piece of well-drained fruit lightly; sprinkle with cinnamon. Sauté quickly in melted butter to keep crust from forming. Garnish with sprigs of mint and use as meat accompaniment.
