Pineapple Dessert Mold

INGREDIENTS 16 marshmallows, quartered
Dash of salt
1 (4-serving) size lemon-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (9-ounce) can crushed pineapple in syrup, 1 cup
1 cup whipping cream, whippedIn a mixing bowl, combine marshmallows, dash of salt, and lemon gelatin. Pour in 1 cup boiling water over all and then stir until gelatin is dissolved. Drain pineapply syrup into a 1 cup measure; add water to make 1 cup liquid. Add syrup with liquid to the gelatin mixture. Chill until partially set.
Fold in the whipping cream and drained crushed pineapple. Pour into 6-cup mold; chill until firm.
