Pineapple In The Shell with Kirsch

INGREDIENTS

3 small pineapples
1 box strawberries
2 oranges
1/3 cup Kirsch

Slice the pineapple in half and remove the core. Remove the pineapple flesh using a grapefruit knife. Cut the pineapple in chunks and place in a bowl. Wash and drain well a box of perfect strawberries. Peel and cut the oranges into segments cutting between the membranes.

Combine the fruits very gently taking care not to crush or spoil the shape of the orange segments. Sprinkle with a few drops of Kirsch. Allow the fruits to marinate together for at least 1 hour. Place the fruit in the pineapple shells. Flame with Kirsch at the table.
