Mixed Fruit Crepes with Whipped Cream

INGREDIENTS

1 pound fresh or canned peaches
1 pound fresh or canned pears
3 bananas
2 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon sugar

Mash the bananas with cream and sugar and cover the surface of each crepe.

Cut the peaches and pears into small pieces and lay over the bananas. Roll or fold the crepes.

Place the crepes in a buttered ovenproof dish, dot with butter and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Serve with a  Melba Sauce   or whipped cream
