Chocolate Sauce

INGREDIENTS

6-ounces semisweet chocolate pieces
3 tablespoons cold water
1/3 cup cream
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon dark rum

Melt the chocolate in the water and add the remaining ingredients. Serve hot or cold.

NOTE - The sauce will thicken as it cools and will require reheating and thinning out with a little more cream or water if it is taken right out of the refrigerator.
