Nachos a la Ortega

INGREDIENTS 1-3/4 cups (1 pound can) Ortega Refried Beans, heated
4 cups (4 ounces) tortilla chips
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup Ortega sliced jalapenos
Ortega® Thick and Chunky Salsa, (hot, medium or mild)
Sour creamAdditional topping suggestions
Guacamole, sliced ripe olives, chopped green onions, chopped fresh cilantro
Spread beans onto bottom of large ovenproof platter or jellyroll pan. Arrange chips over beans. Top with cheese and jalapenos.
Place under preheated broiler, 4 inches from heat source, for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Top with salsa, sour cream and additional toppings, if desired.
