Easy Holiday Cookies

These no-bake nutty cookies are perfect for a evening snack.

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds white almond bark
1 cup smooth peanut butter
2 cups roasted peanuts
3 cups miniature marshmallows
3 cups rice cereal

Melt the almond bark with the peanut butter in the top of a double boiler; cool 5 minutes. (NOTE - The cooling is very important, so the marshmallows won't melt).

Stir in the remaining ingredients; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper. Cool completely before storing.

Makes about 6 dozen
