Wholesome Ingredients!! INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup liquid honey
1 egg
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups quick oatmeal
1 cup raisins (part chocolate chips, if desired)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoon baking powderCream together butter and honey, beat in egg.
Combine flour with baking powder and soda, stirring into honey mixture. Stir in oats and raisins, and chocolate chips if you are using.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen
