Big Batch Peanut Butter Cookies

INGREDIENTS 4 pounds sugar
4 pounds brown sugar
4 pounds butter, softened
4 pounds peanut butter
24 large eggs (40 ounces)
2 tablespoons vanilla, or to taste
7 pounds cake flour
2 ounces baking soda
4 ounces dry milk powder
Cream together the first 4 ingredients at #1 speed of your mixer. Add eggs and vanilla.
Gradually - Add all remaining ingredients and on #2 speed blend to insure incorporation - about 45 seconds.
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet in a 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
