Big Batch Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS 3 pounds brown sugar
2 pounds butter
1 ounce salt
1 ounce soda
1 pint eggs, (2 cups)
3 pounds all-purpose flour
2 pounds chocolate chips
1/2 to 1 pound chopped walnuts, optionalCream together sugar, butter and eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts, if using.
Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes lots!!!
