Banana Drops

INGREDIENTS 2 very ripe bananas
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup peanut butter chips (or chocolate)
1 cup walnuts
1 cup raisinsPreheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mash bananas. Cream together butter and sugars. Beat in bananas, eggs and vanilla.
In separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. (NOTE - You may need up to 1/2 cup more flour if your bananas were large). Fold in chips, nuts and raisins.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake about 12 minutes, or until golden. Remove to wire racks to cool.
Makes about 48 cookies
