Turkey Chili

INGREDIENTS

20-ounces extra-lean ground turkey breast
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 cup diced onions
10-ounce package shredded carrots
2 green peppers, diced
2 zucchini, diced
2 yellow squash, diced
6 cups water
2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
28-ounce can diced tomatoes
15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
15-ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
24-ounce jar salsa

Brown and crumble ground turkey in a large nonstick pan coated with vegetable spray. Add vegetables to pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until the onions are tender.

Place the turkey and vegetables in a slow cookr along with water, beef granules, diced tomatoes, salsa, and beans. Cover and heat the mixture on LOW setting for 4 hours.
