1/2 cup butter
6 slices turkey bacon, cut up
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1 (18-ounce) package Shredded Barbecued Turkey
1 (15-ounce) can pork and beans
1 (15-ounce) can butter beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15-ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add bacon and onion; sauté until onion is soft and bacon is crisp.
In a slow cooker, combine shredded turkey in barbecue sauce, bacon, and onion mixture, beans, brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard.
Cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours or on HIGH 2 to 3 hours.
