Beer Steamed Sausages

INGREDIENTS

1 can beer, room temperature, any brand will do
Smoked sausage, enough to fill crockpot

Cut each pound of smoked sausage into 4 pieces. Pour the beer in the bottom of the crockpot and pile in the sausage.

Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, then switch to LOW until ready to serve.

NOTE - During the cooking time of the sausages, the alcohol in the beer evaporates, so the whole family can enjoy these.
