Barbecued Boston Butt

INGREDIENTS Boston Butt, your choice of size
1/4 cup water
Salt and pepper, lightly
Barbecue Sauce, your choiceBegin cooking the Boston Butt in the crockpot a day before you plan to serve it.
Place the meat in the crockpot with water, salt and pepper. Cover and set crockpot on LOW (generally, this will be the evening before you plan to serve it).
2 or 4 hours before serving, pour a little barbecue sauce on the meat. Serve with buns and extra barbecue sauce on the side.
