INGREDIENTS 1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound cabbage, shredded
1 quart sauerkraut, rinsed, drained
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 pound boneless pork butt, cut in cubes
1 pound boneless veal, cut in cubes
1/2 pound Polish sausage, sliced
1/2 cup beef stock
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tart apples, diced
1/2 cup pitted prunes
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup red wineCombine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
