Blueberry Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

CRUST

1 cup Graham Cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter. Press onto bottom of a 9-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING

3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can Blueberry Pie Filling (21-ounces)

Combine cream cheese and ¾ cup sugar at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in vanilla.

Pour over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

Loosen rim from pan, cool before removing rim from pan. Chill.

Top with pie filling before serving.
