Green Bean and Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS 1-˝ cups cooked green beans
1 cup potatoes, cooked and diced
˝ cup celery, diced
4 slices bacon
1 small onion, chopped
1-˝ tablespoons flour
1 cup undiluted evaporated milk
1 cup cheese, shredded
1/3 cup cracker crumbsCombine beans, potatoes and celery. Place in a greased 1 quart casserole dish.
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon of drippings. Crumble bacon and set aside. Sauté onion in drippings.
Add flour and stir to a smooth paste. Slowly add milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Pour over vegetables in casserole and stir well. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Add crumbled bacon on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
