Here is one of those simple, throw-it-together dishes!

INGREDIENTS

1 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked
1 cup frozen corn or peas
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 can (8-ounces) tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste

In skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain.

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish or small roasting pan; cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until thoroughly warmed.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
