Creamy Potato Casserole

This is the answer when you have a hungry crowd to feed. It's very warm and filling and the perfect comfort food.

INGREDIENTS

1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 medium potatoes, sliced in rounds
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup milk
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Breadcrumbs, to cover

Brown beef and onion in a skillet; drain.

While beef and onions are browning, microwave potatoes 3 to 5 minutes to soften, then slice into rounds.

In a casserole dish begin layering potatoes and then ground beef mixture until all is used.

In a small bowl mix soup, sour cream and milk, season with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over potato and ground beef mixture in casserole dish. Top with Cheddar cheese and then breadcrumbs.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft and tender.
